Jeffs first encounter with Daz through music was again, at Eastern Haze, and, was playing in the same prog rock band as Chris. Hmmm. Think there's a pattern emerging here!? Anyhow, it was a couple of years after this that Chris suggested Daz to Jeff, so that night he got a phone call and agreed, and a few weeks later he was doing his first gig. Daz has come up with, what Jeff calls, a sea of mood giving bass lines, that the music from everyone else is supported by. And there is no better example of this than his contribution to the song Big Red Boat. Have a listen and you will understand.
